Pioneer Assurance Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is an Insurance Regulatory And Development Authority’s (IRDAI) certified Insurance Corporate Agent (Composite). Its Certificate Of Registration number is CA0084 and is currently valid till 31st March 2028. Pioneer Assurance is an Exclusive Corporate Agent engaged only in the services of sourcing Insurance.
Pioneer Assurance Consultants Pvt. Ltd. was promoted and managed by a group of Professionals with an aim to provide its customers with the highest level of services, both at pre and post the policy sourcing.
Pioneer Assurance was incorporated as a Company under Companies Act 1956 in the year 2003. It was initially a corporate agent only for Life Insurance Category with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd. as its Principal.
Considering the growth path the country was on and resultantly the increase in demand of General Insurance, Pioneer Assurance graduated to a composite Corporate Agent by tying up with The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. for General Insurance sourcing. This tie up happened in the year 2011.
Further down the line in the year 2015, seeing the growth in awareness among public for stand alone health insurance plans, Pioneer Assurance tied up with Apollo Munich Health Insurance Co. Ltd. (Currently HDFC Ergo General Insurance Co. Ltd.).
In the year 2015, IRDAI with an aim to further increase the penetration of Insurance in the country, came up with Regulations of Open Architecture for Insurance Corporate Agents. Under this with effect from April 2016, Corporate Agents could represent three Insurance Companies in each category of Insurance field. Pioneer Assurance, under these new Regulations continued with its earlier tie ups with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd, The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. and Currently HDFC Ergo General Insurance Co. Ltd.. In addition, in the year 2016, it tied up with HDFC Standard Life Insurance Co. Ltd.(Currently HDFC Life Insurance Co. Ltd.) in the Life Insurance Category as its second partner.
